2018 Residential TAG
The TAG is scheduled to begin reviewing the changes for the 2018 Washington State Amendments in the fall of 2018. The anticipated effective date of the 2018 WSEC is November 1, 2020 (Due to Covid-19, the Governor's Proclamation had extended the July 1, 2020 effective date).
*At the June 26, 2020 Special Council meeting, the Council voted to extend this effective date to February 1, 2021.
