QUESTION:

Would a two-story office building (Group B) with less than 3,000 square feet per floor over a basement parking garage (Group S, Division 3) of approximately 6,000 square feet required to have an accessible route of travel connecting the three floor levels? Accessible parking is provided on the first ground level and not in the parking garage.
