In new construction, do designer created building constraints qualify as "other constraints" or "infeasible" as used in this section? |
| ANSWER: | No. It was the intent of this section to allow the use of a lift instead of an elevator when restraints such as a superseding and conflicting code section would disallow the use of an elevator or ramp. |
